Three members of the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) community were re-appointed by the HKSAR Government as members of the Board of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority for a term of two years, with effect from 23 October 2026. They are:

• Dr. Roy Chung Chi Ping, GBS, JP
  Founder and Chairman of the Bright Future Charitable Foundation, Honorary Vice-President of the HKBU Foundation
   

• Mr. Leo Kung Lin Cheng, GBS, JP
  Chairman of the Board of the Hong Kong Palace Museum
  Honorary Court Member of HKBU
  Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation 

• Mr. Paulo Pong Kin Yee, BBS, JP
  Chairman of the Board of M Plus Museum Limited
  Honorary Court Member of HKBU
